How returns work

If something is not right, you can ask to return a delivered order within 7 days. The request starts from your account, then you give the return slip to the courier.

What to do

Return in three steps

Follow these steps from your account. Keep the parcel ready for pickup.

Step 1
Open the delivered order
- Sign in to your account
- Go to Orders and open the delivered order you want to return
Step 2
Send the return request
- Choose a reason for the return
- Add a short note if needed, then confirm
- Download the return slip for the courier
Step 3
Give the parcel to delivery
- Hand the slip to the courier, or attach it to the parcel
- The boutique and our team then review the request

Items are unused and still in their packaging when possible
You return the whole order and explain why

Items were worn, used, or packaging is missing
The order is not delivered yet

Returns are for the full order, not single items. Refunds start only after the boutique and our team approve the request. Keep the return slip with the parcel until pickup.
